NSW WTB Fork with 1 inch steerer (threadless)

Item: Any work with a 1 inch steerer that is threadless. Needs v brake mounts. Suspension or not, not too worried.
Location: Wollongong, NSW
Price range/Willing to Pay: Max 100
Extra Info: Preferably has a decent amount of steerer tube to use too. Basically I've got an old Giant with those crappy gold RST forks, it uses a 1 inch steerer, the steerer is cut, stem SLAMMED but its wayyy too low, and the RST forks are dead. Trying to convert it to more of a cruiser.

Judy SL in good original condition any good to you? What sort of length do you need in the steerer? Vbrake, threadless, bought them new for wifes bike in about 96/7 and have done a few hundred km's max.
