Well it's officially begun (in NSW this week) and everyone's getting serious (should be?). So here it is, the 2010 Year 12 (HSC? Whatever other states have?) thread! Post up your subjects, ask for help, do all your cool cool school talk! Schoolies maybe? Have fun guys!

My subjects (all 2 unit)
- Studies of Religion
- English Advanced
- PDHPE
- Society and Culture
- Geography
- Ancient History (dropping next week, thankfully!)

Also feel free to talk about major works (Eg. Personal interest project) and the like, as lorday says "There are plenty of smart farkers here"!

I'm in Victoria. For year 12 I'll be doing VCE, my subjects for 2010 will be...

  • Maths Methods
  • Physics
  • English
  • PE

I've done units 3/4 of Outdoor and Environmental studies and Further maths this year hence only 4 subjects in 2010!

and Biology has been done this year. Final exam on Monday 3nd November.

Not quite sure what I want to do uni wise yet. If my enter permits I'd like to do medicine, other than that it's looking like some form of engineering or Physio/sports science.

Cannot wait for year 12 to be over!

I'm doing grade 12 over 2 years. So the 3 sudjects each year.

2010 Subjects:

  • Maths B
  • Physics
  • HPE

2011 Subjects:

  • English
  • Geography
  • Economics

I don't have a clue what I want to do once I leave. At the moment I'm thinking sports science would be awesome but haven't really looked into courses and stuff...

OP 1 is like a 99 or 99.9 or something... Thats pretty damn good, Lorday is right...

At the moment I'm not even getting an OP first semester failed Maths B. So I worked on Maths more and passed but then I failed English this term....

Want to end up doing a double degree at Wollongong uni. Arts/psychology is the goal, around 72 atar including the 3 local points we get. Kind of cruisy, but everyone who has done the course has told me that its really interesting and would suit me.

Down in Victoria I am doing VCE here are my subjects:

Indonesian
English
Environmental Science
Biology
Music Group Performance
Outdoor and Environmental Studies

And last week i put my CFA training records onto my VCE and I now have an s for: Public Administration and Safety In emergency Situations Unit 3&4

So 7 subjects in all, 1 free and 3 hours between when I get home and when I sleep... Will I survive the year 12 homework level with that small amount of time?

I am hoping to get an apprenticeship when i leave so I am not going for a UAI. I have applied for a 120hr VET course in Automotive mechanical so hopefully that goes through so I can drop PDHPE.

School based apprenitship in sheetmetal 2 days a week.
All of my subjects were picked to make school the biggest bludge possible.
Is anyone going to the Gold Coast for Schoolies?
