hi,

I've had a decent crash (collar bone and elbow) and need to use the insurance associated with my MTBA license.

I am a member of YY (not an active one -but you have to join a club and I like that they maintain trails and put on events)

However, I need the club to fill out a small section of my insurance claim form and I can't get a response from the @yahoo email address.

Does anyone know a current contact for them? I posted the form out via snail mail on monday.

I was sent an insurance claim form when I contacted the insurance agent. it was the personal accident/travel insurance claim form which doesn't have the bit that has to be filled out by the club.

I wrote an email to claims@csnet.com.au based on the information on this page (https://business-insurance.aon.com.au/Associations/Mountain-Bike-Australia.aspx)

Strangely enough I dislocated and fractured my shoulder at the You Yangs. Good luck with your claim.

Try them on Facebook, you may get a quicker response there.

Edit: Got a reply, you need to send a completed form (sans doctor is ok but not ideal) for them to fill/out sign.
