Default Itís got to start somewhere..

This is a build from scratch. The frame is as bare as you can get. No paint, no clear. Nothing.
A friend is beginning to import a range of bikes. Fat, Enduro, XC race, road. Components are also in the horizon with seats, posts, bars and wheels either complete or rims only.
This bike will hopefully showcase the frame, bars, seatpost and seat if I can bear the naked carbon seat!!
Some parts will be off my current ride, the wheels, stem, bars, grips, maybe fork until I can get one at a good price!

The frame has been delivered to Disciple Graphics https://www.facebook.com/Disciple-Gr...6307910066888/ and instructions given regarding details and finish date. I would like the bike painted and bb/headset installed before my birthday which is the end of the month !

Frame - 6th Element. Medium size.
    Rear shock - N/A
    Front shock/fork - tbc
    Handlebars - 6th Element. Flat. 750mm.
Stem - Thompson 80mm. Zero rise.
    Headset - Stock
    Grips - ESI
Saddle - Specialised or 6th Element carbon
    Seatpost - 6th Element carbon
    Front brake - SLX
    Rear brake - SLX
    Cranks - TBC
    Chainguide - N/A
    Chain - KMC
    Pedals - XT
    Front derailleur - N/A
    Rear derailleur - TBC
    Front shifter - N/A
    Rear shifter - TBC
    Cassette - Sunrace MX3 Black. 11-42 10sp
Front hub - Hope Pro 4
Rear hub - Hope Pro 4
    Front rim - Easton Arc30 32 spoke
    Rear rim - Easton Arc30 32 spoke
    Spokes - DT Swiss
    Nipples - Brass
Tyres - Maxxis Ikon front and Maxxis Pace rear
    Tubes - N/A
    Total weight - TBC

    The tyres to be used.

This is the inspiration for the paintjob..

Can see why you went for the naked. Their factory colour ways are pretty putrid. Will they all be coming in this way?

And Disciple had arranged "store credit" when I gave him a Complete Big Hit a few months ago.!

See how hard I can ride it!.... It is a replacement for a extremely reliable yet rough and stiff riding Polygon hardtail. Going to transfer as much running gear as possible off it. (Forks are only just functioning rebas. They are the weak ink in the transplant.) It has been scratched, thrashed as hard and fast as I dare ride a 100mm xc hardtail. used to do road k's and road climbs and local XC and cyclocross style events..

It will be my do it all road bike, xc race bike, training bike, commuter and prob another couple of subgenres too.
Step on pedals and go places.
