Somebody else was asking that just the other day - or was it Live valve? ... crickets.Has anyone here got or used flight attendant?
I don't know about later versions, but the original one was utter shit, huge failure rate. The shop I was in at the time sold a small number of bikes with it. 100% failure rate.Anyone used Fox Live Valve? Any thoughts? Great, good, neutral, bad, junk?
Marketing is also excellentI'm sure I heard in passing on a recent Pinkbike podcast that Flight Attendant is excellent now.
Thanks. It, Live Valve, is on a 2020 bike I bought. I have found a way to get it off and preserve the fork and shock. Will require a new fork damper though.I don't know about later versions, but the original one was utter shit, huge failure rate. Thought so. Good, detailed vid on the swap from Lost Co in BellinghamShould be a pretty simple damper swap; the LVs use the same fork chassis as manual models, and they're all cartridge dampers, so get the appropriate size & it's a direct swap.
