yeah i know about the barrel i have spoken to some of the guys up there and there putting a jump where it was which might be better cause that barrel was a death trap, stop bitchin, start riding
I will admit the barrel was on occassions kicked around by passers by on the fire trail as it it only 10m in from it, as well as alot of other structures both dirt and wood, but when fixed it was a hoot. It took me 5 months to get the courage to hit it, but when I did I cleared the lander by a meter.
Not to say it's why someone pulled it out but don't change something because you can't hit it. All of the builders are on this forum so it only takes a few messages to get in contact with them and see what their opinions are of any changes you might suggest. You might even find some of us would be willing to come and lend a hand on a shovel
Also if any new riders are going to start building trails how about helping maintain the existing ones too. Scotty did some cleaning up of the berms on the main line today before I got there, GOOD JOB!!!
We have left a few shovels and rakes etc out there to do maintenance work from time to time so feel free to use them if you find them, but please don't take them home with you as I was told someone today was thinking about doing. Remember no tools no track work = crap trails
