Is the upper shock mount BOLTED to the down tube??....or am I blind/crazy/drunk/a.o.t.a ??

UPPER shock mount.
How is it attached ? I'm happy to be mistaken, but doesn't look welded to me. There are two bolt heads going into d/t...?

Yeah, the sled is a single piece of alloy, bolted to the frame. Potentially makes adjustments to geo and travel through interchangeable mounts possible.
