Is there anyway to fix this? or am I up for whole new brakeset?

Just pulled the bike out of the shed and noticed it was leaning against the brake lever and there is a crack on the housing. The whole thing now spins around.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or will I need a whole replacement brake set? Do they even make Avid Ultimates anymore?

Any advice would be appreciated!

I say you can’t fix that...without gluing the remaining clamp in place.

I’m sure there are spare levers out there in peoples spares boxes.

That looks dodgy as! Black tape would have been much better

Looks like you need a new lever. Also looks like the paint around the cracks is bubbling, or is that just my imagination?

With brake prices the way they are and how old those juicy probably are, I would be getting new brakes.

Grab a set of SLX for about $160 from Ze Germans, you won't know you are living, compared to those old Ultimates.
