Body weight exercises to improve climbing and endurance?

A lot of that is flat but consists of several 10% gradients.
A basic imba graded green climb averages 6% with pinches to 10%.

You gotta bump up those numbers!

In all seriousness, you have to find a dirt/gravel road that punches up into the 20's and really hurt yourself if you want to build climbing strength quickly.
And leave your dinner plate rear cogs at home.
Allow yourself a 1:1 ratio at lowest.

I'm taking all this in, thanks for the advice all :)

I have a nice hill near me which take about 5-10 minutes to climb.

A 15 minute drive away is a total bastard of a climb (Lake Morris Road) -

Oh man, I miss that ride. It (was) pretty deserted when i lived there. hill repeats then roll down to Crystal cascades for a recovery dip?
 
Concentrate on your core and gluteus when out of the saddle abs clinging. Weak glutes can lead to long term trouble
