    Shoes ?

Morton's Neuromas are often caused by wearing shoes with a toe box that is too narrow for the foot that is going into it. Whatever brand/model you choose make sure it's wide enough for your foot, otherwise that neuroma is likely to get worse. Can I ask why you were advised to go back to SPDs?

    Bakers Cyst

Bakers Cysts are a result of intra-articular swelling or effusion within the knee joint. They often occur after some form of internal knee derangement eg meniscal, acl injury or post knee surgery. Usually they will resolve on their own or burst and require no further intervention...

    Sternoclavicular Sprain. rehab exersizes

I would definitely have an assessment with a orthopaedic shoulder specialist. A CT guided cortisone injection may be worth trying. Surgery is often a last resort and outcomes can often be no better than conservative management, however unstable SC joints can be dangerous if the clavicle is...

    Sternoclavicular Sprain. rehab exersizes

Are you sure that the SC joint is the source of your daughters symptoms, other injuries can refer pain into the clavicle or anterior chest. SC joint sprains/dislocations are definitely a less common shoulder injury and typically associated with trauma or significant force, ie fall onto shoulder...

    All day knee pads

I've found the pocs to offer good protection, had a few nasty spills in rock gardens that would have been very messy without them. They aren't restrictive and stay put , although certainly get a bit warm in the summer months.

    Fox rp23 leaking

I recently had the same problem, the damper seal / o-ring needed replacing, not a job for the average home mechanic. The shock needed to pulled apart and rebuilt. Cost just over $200, but certainly can vouch for Brad at Tekin suspension.

    Broken ankle?

If you were able to walk and weight bear at the time of inury, a fracture is certainly less likely, although still possible, so if your struggling to walk over the next couple of days I would see a GP or Physio. Saying that, as mentioned earlier, high grade ligament injuries can take longer to...

anyone know any sore archilles casues/remedies

Agree, go see a Physio. It's hard to make an accurate diagnosis without a physical exam. A few things can cause pain in the back of the heel other than an Achilles tendinopathy, and if you haven't had an increase in training load and don't run or play jumping sports, the Achilles is less likely...

    Why upgrade stock wheels

Have you bought custom wheels before from Merlin? They're a bit more expensive than CRC at the mo, is the build quality any better?

    Why upgrade stock wheels

I've just killed my 26" xt rear wheel and looking to replace it with either hope pro2 laced with mavic xm819 or stan's crests. I race (and by race I really mean participate) in xc/marathon events, generally don't ride anything rougher than the single blacks at the youies, weigh 70kg and wouldn't...

Chain Reaction Bike Bag (Evoc Rip-off), anyone have one?

I too would be keen to hear any feedback regarding this bag, I've always previously hired evoc bags and been happy with them, however these bags look almost identical and significantly cheaper, especially when on sale.

    Recommendations regarding Shock servicing

Go see Brad at Tekin Suspension Thought I should write a quick update as good service always deserves recognition. I decided to drop my bike off to Brad at Tekin and just wanted to let people know what a great job he did. The bike feels awesome, hard to believe how crap the shock was running...

    Recommendations regarding Shock servicing

Wow, customer service like that is hard to find these days, kudos to NSdynamics. Thanks for the input everyone, I'll speak to the guys at Tekin. Cheers

    Recommendations regarding Shock servicing

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I'm wondering if it is worth just replacing the shock, it's a circa 2010 fox RP23 non-kashima, so maybe I could possibly pick something up newer/better for only a few hundred more than a service from Tekin, plus despite all the positive things I have heard about...

    Recommendations regarding Shock servicing

Hi Guys, Long time listener, first time caller. I was hoping to get some advice/recommendations regarding suspension servicing. I have just found the Fox RP23 on my Mach 4 is leaking oil from the propedal switch, according to Dr. Google this is requires a full service not just replacing the...
