aye - don't get me wrong, i am not anti-meds... they do work for some people. i just don't think they should be the first course of action. i think it's better to try the natural thing first, because if it works, then it's clear that meds are not needed. i think it's harder to find that...

I disagree... I got turned into a zombie by every antidepressant I tried - and not a smiling one, either. most left me on my arse on the couch with no energy or motivation to do anything. I'm strongly of the opinion to seek a natural treatment before turning to meds.
