They come with these in them , there was other studs that came with the pedals , possibly shorter but I haven't checked . I wanted the big studs in them , I ride with shin pads on most of the time and I'm loving them ATM . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got to give my supreme a good run today with the new shock. At slower speeds the shock feels much the same as the rc4 , but it's at higher speeds that I really noticed a difference . It's hard to explain but it feels more in control i guess , and braking bumps and similar feel much better ...

I'm going to Iride Sunday so I'll see how it goes there.
