Hey guys and girls, Im just in the process of servicing my 2013 knolly endorphin and have no idea how to remove the horseshoe link at the top of the seat stay. Any help would be much appreciated! :)

It feels a little lower than my sacroiliac joint, but I can't be sure. I've tried foam rollers before but not for my hips so Ill it a go when I'm in the gym next. Its probably nothing more than some tension but the shooting nature really catches me off guard. I had a chat to my Grandpa about it...

So I've slowly developed a sharp sudden pain in my left hip caused my riding ( from what I believe ). It is now to the point where I nearly drop to the ground when it happens... I've booked in to see a physio, but in the mean time I thought I'd see if anyone has experienced anything similar...
