There seems to be some people having issues compressing videos, below is something my friend wrote for a friend of his. Basically mpg1 is fine if its used right, and it can be played by pretty much every computer that plays a video.

you can kind of hear the voices at the end saying how he dislocated his shoulder twice durring that line. Otherwise im sure he would have had another go and got it. I thought he was over his dislocation problem but he did it again just the other day, so up to 12 dislocations or somthing crazy.
