Unless it's me, my legs can push 2000W easy! Olly said Parks will come down hard on anyone riding illegal electric bikes found in the park, and I hope they do. It's hard enough keeping the trails in good nick, we don't need these fools doing more damage.

6 inches insertion is plenty ( all innuendos aside....) so just hacksaw the new post shorter and leave the old bit in there. way easier than getting out the old bit.

It's definitely a 2010 frame. I have one in Large.

I just use an old sock, stuff everything in the sock, then the sock in the saddle bag or jersey pocket. Works great!

I raced the crits there in about 09 and 10 I think, And yes sadly the horses kicked the bikes out :( It was a great place for crits as I could pop in and race on my ride home from work.

Got a kid free day :) Rode Silvan and Warramate, now I'm hurting!
