Hmmmm...you might be right. Other than a driver, what other use to him am I otherwise? He's too good to be doing it himself. He deserves a mechanic, jump on that bandwagon and hold on.

Driver? That's a very limited timeframe he'll need you for that.Hmmmm...you might be right. Other than a driver, what other use to him am I otherwise?

Specs here, https://www.dtswiss.com/en/products/wheels-mtb/cross-country/xrc-1200-spline/xrc-1200-spline-25/Tell us more - link to actual product (specs)...where did you source them?
You want to know what my wife thinks or the actual cost?Amazing. What was the landed cost?
Yeah it's insane, and I'm kinda a little worried about breaking them haha. My aluminium Crests are 1550g and I haven't broken those racing yet. But I have broken carbon rims in the past. Time will tell I guess.@slider_phil That is amazingly light. My road wheels weigh more and they are carbon Campagnolo Bora One @ 1485gm per pair.
I was thinking the same thing - my Onxy DT swiss road wheels weight about the same!@slider_phil That is amazingly light. My road wheels weigh more and they are carbon Campagnolo Bora One @ 1485gm per pair.
A mate of mine has these and loves them. He also has Enves on the same bike, (too much money?) And rated the DT Swiss as better. Couldn't get them dinged or out of true when bashing them at the YY either.New wagon wheels rocked up. No rush getting the tyres mounted as I'm racing the hardtail this weekend anyway . Chucked them on the scales and they came in at 1460g for the pair, with tape/valves. Bloody light.
That's a good endorsement. I was looking at the discounted Enve's on mountainbikesdirect but these where the better deal. Looking over the ocean to the US and theres a ton of happy users. Looking forward to giving them a spinA mate of mine has these and loves them. He also has Enves on the same bike, (too much money?) And rated the DT Swiss as better. Noice! Do they come with the 54t ratchet?Specs here, https://www.dtswiss.com/en/products/wheels-mtb/cross-country/xrc-1200-spline/xrc-1200-spline-25/
Basically a 25mm internal width carbon wheelset. Going to use them for trail use as I'm using Crests for my XC racing.
Got them from a US eBay seller for a price that was too good to pass up, even with taxes/shipping
