Carbs are good for the night before if you have some serious exercise planned for the next day.
My rowing routine involved a kg of pasta (high in carbs) before any event.

Yeah bloody hell, the guy a ride with most is alot fitter than me and cleated in on his weenie eight xc bike, whilst im on a freerider bike. Always rides ahed out of sight leave me alone and asks why I cant keep up. Cause you bloody run a sub 55s 400m time! Fuck.:mad:
