That is not what happened. Forestry conducted their own investigation and informed the club via a letter after it was all said and done. The club was told of the pump track by a rider and we informed Forestry as we are obligated to do.

It isn't, it is a separate one.

And the dumping of rubbish out there is out of control and we will be contacting council, Forestry and talking with the committee and riding community about how to keep this from happening. Someone has graffitied our shipping container and even pushed it a few meters to try and tip it over.

No not the bottom section. The top berms were made from earth from the side of the hill up there. The answer to that hasn't been determined yet. We're in talks at the moment and it all takes time.

The works carried out were not approved by the club nor were they approved by Forestry Corp. The club itself did not pursue a fine or criminal conviction over this. Work carried out in the past with a machine has been done so without approval by Forestry (which is part of our permit agreement)...

Wellllll.... it isn't the XC/Enduro crew that are skidding on those berms. Seems as though people have been watching the rad lads all over the world who skid around turns and they are doing it on those top berms. There are even videos out there of it!
