02 Big Hit DH

Does $1700 including a full build sound good for a brand new 02 Big Hit DH frame, I'll be swapping all the parts over from an 03 Big Hit comp including a set of Super T's, I know i'm going back a model, but it's a sweet frame. Any feedback appreciated.

How "brand new"? As in actually new, with warranty? Sounds decent at least.

thats a hot deal thats the bike i ride burly frame but if you weigh round 75 go for a 650 lb spring im 80 kg and i ride a 700lb with bout 2 inchs of sag the stocko 550 is way to soft.

When you say too soft, do you mean too much sag or does it bottom too easily?

i always liked bighits, especcialy the satin red of the 02 dh.......mmmmmmmm

I think the 03 big hit dh frame cost $2000 so I assume the 02 would have been around that too.

I'm weighing in at about 85kg at the moment, I think it comes with a 500lb. What kind of riding do you put the 700lb through?
It sure is a sweet looking frame.

yeah i ment it bottoms out to easy,its the reason i had to pay $280 for a shock repair.

just all round shit jumping stairs drps upto 12ft, jumpin, NS but still try it first in case you dont like it , its just personal preferance i guess.
