03 rocky mountain switch LTD - how big can you go in the rear?

was wondering if anyone knew whats the biggest rear shock you can go in a 03 rocky mountain switch LTD ?? currently it has 6" with a vanilla.

The second you put on a bigger shock the geo starts to change and the bike will not handle as well.

Why the fark would you want it anyhoo? 6" is the magical number.
