Hey guys,

Me and a mate are switching springs and we have ran into a little problem

I cannot get the axle out of the lower shock mount/pivot to remove the shock, we have got the drive side cap out but the axle in not budging out at all, we have tried to hit/punch it out carefully and it will not budge.

Does anybody know a easier way to remove it or whats wrong??

cheers Chris

hey,
OK try putting the drive side bolt back on, and try spin the axle, untighten again and with the drive side bolt half way out*with the bolt on top of the shock still on, tight, use a screw driver to push the drive side bolt into the frame.

p.s put grease on these axles, it benefits taking it off ect
