Entries are now open for this classic 6 hour in Beechworth.

The date is Saturday May 12th.

Solo SS Gearing

Does anyone no what would be the the best 29er single speed gearing for this race??


Thinking of running SS.....

I have 32/18 at the moment....


Any help would be awesome... thanks

I reckon 32/20. But I'm soft.

It's a lumpy, twisty course. Constant accelerations, lots of little rock gardens and pinches. Very few blast along in a big gear sections. Most of the course is moderately technical and rocky. I'd say 32/20 or even 32/21.

never ridden there before but am entered in the solo - hardtail 29er or duelly 26er is my choices - any input as to which bike I throw a leg over would be greatly appreciated
