dislocated my knee cap or possibly torn ligiments in it last night.

i went to the doctors today..
its not to bad, i just dislocated it and knee cap sraped on my leg bones..
its full of puss and my muscles are real ploppy, but i have some excercises to do and hey says i can ride as soon as it feels better so hopefulyl soon..

when is lachie leaving?
