VIC 26er hardtail frame

So before I go out and snap something up new just thought i'd see if anyone has something.

Item: 26" hardtail frame to suit 120mm forks, standard QR rear for a 6ft3 rider. For reference have been looking at inbreds/456's and the like.
Location: Melbourne preferably but willing to consider interstate. I'm in Blackburn.
Item condition: Must be in good nic. don't want something too beaten up.

Looking to spend around $400ish max.

I'd looked at those and thought they looked pretty good. Just not sure on the sizing for me as largest is an 18".

This will be used just for general fitness, path/gravel trails with more off-road/trails when by myself and as fitness/skills improve.

I've got a Cotic BFe26 (steel) frame in excellent condition that I can sell if you are interested. It is size Large (19") in Black and accepts 100-160mm forks.
