3M 2228 Rubber Mastic Tape

I am trying to find a cheap retailer for this tape preferably 2". But all the sites i come across including Ebay have priced it so highly, cheap in USA but the postage is quite ridiculous. Would really love some of this on my chain stay and downtube.

My questions are is there a cheaper rubber tape alternative? or does anyone know of a cheap source?

Wasn't sure if this is the correct place to post this question or WTB.

Nsdynamics will have the "Marsh Guard" version of this product arriving in a couple of weeks. It's called slapper tape. A fantastic way to keep chain noise to a minimum and protect the frame at the same time.

Looks like the self healing stuff other well known companies sell for way too much $.
I bought some some Supercheap auto 12 months ago that I used to guard against chain slap for less than the LBS wanted for what is essentially the same thing. I can't find the link for it though and I have turfed the packaging.

I buy mine in from Amazon, about $25-28 a roll depending on the exchange at the time. Has to be shipped through a shipping consolidator though.

If you are in Melbs im happy to let some of my current roll go. Or sell you the unopened roll and just get a new one from the US.
