8am Manly Dam ride Sat the 11th

I must have missed the inaugural Ride The Dam Backwards Day announcement...?

To the 5 or 6 of you we almost ran into, it's generally known that the Dam is ridden clockwise.
Did you not notice the constant flow of bikes coming towards you?

Sorry to sound narky, but I'd like to avoid head on collisions with fellow riders.

They were probably just following the arrows, and the council map.

When I rode the dam the first few times, I did it in the direction of the arrows. I learnt pretty quickly

The five year old next door told me that it's opposite day today. Maybe that's why?

Never actually paid attention to those - think I was shown the way by another rider, way back when.
