Advice for inspecting a used car?

Bought it. Made it back to Melbourne with only one weird noise but everything else seems in completely in order. Will update after some sleep for anyone who cares.

Across the road at work, there is a workshop that buys ex mine vehicles and cleans them up and flogs them off. There is usually one physical altercation requiring the cops a month out on the street. Cars, Utes, 4x4 and rigid tricks all pass through. Very obviously ex mine, rotating yellow lights, Fluor stickers with id numbers on the doors, red dust inches thick.

Seen some that were clearly subjected to flooding with high water lines on the glass.

Just passed roadworthy without a single repair needed, not even wiper blades.

Still waiting to have some spare time to post some pics etc.

I got it at a prestige car dealership haha. When I pulled in I was parked between an F-Type and a Continental. I just went to the one with the best reviews on Google :)
