Alternative Springs for Vanilla RCs's

Apparently there is a discussion thread on the site somewhere talking about linkage plates/rates for Kona's and alternative springs for coil overs and their effect on the suspension. Could someone please let me know where this is or provide info on springs that do not cost an arm and leg like the Fox stuff

its all pretty exy i have looked around for my stinky. you can get tons of different springs though, dont know about this type though.
