I have a set at home I'll measure for you mate. Wasn't enough rise for me (I went with 38mm).

From memory it's an Easton Vice, but may be too narrow (~710mm).

I got Easton monkey DH carbon bars, 31.8
740mm wide

Gold Raceface atlas. Currently 780, could cut to your desired width. 10mm rise, I think, maybe 15mm.

Got a set of Renthal bars at about 760 (possibly just over). Replaced with 800mm.
25mm rise though...
