Anyone ridden at Snowdonia in the UK?

I've got a chance to ride at Coed-Y-Brenin Forest at Snowdonia in the UK later this year, while there on other business.
The outdoors shop website talks it up, but that is to be expected.
Just wondering if anyone has ever ridden there, and what it is like, any tips, suggestions, etc.

I rode Coed-Y-Brenin and Betws-Y- Coed in a weekend back in 2005. Some of the trails were great and some were a bit hard on a hardtail, most of the trails are groomed with rocks to allow them to be ridden in the wet. This is why the UK were using full suspension years before us (IMO). Great facilities back them, should be better now. Spectacular scenery all around. I stayed in the YHA in Dolgellau.Great maps back then, allowed me to get around easily by myself. Try to hook up some riding partners though, awesome riding new places with locals.
