I'm sure you have seen them on click-bike, but did you check the geo? GEO? The 46 has a ETT or 20.8" or about 528mm.

Yeah unfortunately missed out on one in the clickbike sale. Really need a 54 or 56 frame to get the right fit.

I have a black 54cm (56 TT) surly cross check frame/fork/headset that I'm looking to sell. Though $350 was a little lower than I hoped to get.. and then take shipping out of it.
