Banshee amp / fox 831s - compatible?

Y'ello all. Possibly buying a banshee amp frame, and I'm lining up parts to go on it. Im looking at some second hand fox 831s. Problem is they have a 1.5" to 1.1/8" tapered steerer. On the banshee website it says the frame has a 1.25" integrated headset. Does this mean the forks are incompatible with the frame? And if they are, is there anything I can do to make them compatible?Cheers. Adam.

Yeah, it's a 1.125" or 1 1/8"

Not to be confused with Giants new overdrive 2 standard 1.25"
