UPDATE!

New Shimano XT brakes, but I've got a lil' problem... :eek:

So now I'm running triple clamps with no front brake, for the time being anyway... :eek:

Looks nice, only thing is the geo looks a bit stuffed but i guess thats what happens when you have triples on a hardtail.

I personally don't see any point in having a hardtail with 200 mL on the front as the back end just bounces and it's much more beneficial to just get a decent dually!!!! :rolleyes: Just my opinion but always nice to see someone pushing the envelope!

Only upgrade will be the rear wheel, as the hub is shagged :(

Damn 17kg is pretty good. I have this and it comes to 18.5. :(

Bet that rides nice, great to see others out there with hardcore hardtails. :D Everyone seems to be going fully these days. :(

no more norco? i like this better anyway are you going to gear it or just leave it on the single speed?
ive got a spear rear wheel you can have pretty cheaply pm me if you interested.

Jailbait, nice bike! All the weight seems to be in your wheels, so maybe change that to drop some weight :) Also, I know some guys in Perth if you want someone to ride with, in the near future!

And Slamer, I'm definately staying SS for the moment. Might get gears eventually, but right now I can't afford to replace derailleurs weekly :p
Also, what's the rear wheel? May be interested!
