Bar extensions...

how do i do them? Just chuck some chromo tubes on a lathe and mill one side down so it can fit in the bar then weld?

Has anyone done this or have any ways for bar extensions that are not ghetto garage jobs? Because i want my bars so wide that i'm basically doing pushups every time i hop.

i did it but it was heavy i turned a sleave about 5cm long hollow with a bit in the middle so it so it wouldnt slide into the bars then i just tacked it in

get some bar ends that go inside your bars (long ones) and stick them out each side as long as you want and then run some tape over the middle of them

i cut 2 3cm sections off an old bar then just pulled the lockon out abit to accomodate the 3cm then stuck the sections in and tightned it up

Get tubing the right size and weld it on(as clean as you can mind you) my friend did it and worked out fine.
