Beaconsfield Festival and Dirt Riders Summer Series TT/XCC - Sat 19th (VIC)

A reminder that coinciding with the Beaconsfield festival, round three of the Dirt Riders Summer Series will be held on Saturday 19th Feb. We'll still be using Dallas Brooks for this time, but the start will instead be out on the main road, outside the IGA.

TT mass start 9:30 am, afternoon Dirt Crit) 1 pm

No. The festival was moved, and hence so too was the race.

Basically a normal XC race yes?
But point to point I assume.

Still trying to get confirmation on whether it will be run at a XCT or as an XCP event.

But yes, it's point to point either way.

Just thought I'd report that having just been out there to make sure there's no damage to the track that needs last minute repairs, the trails are (still) in fantastic condition. It's dry, a little bit sandy, admittedly there may have been a single 20cm puddle somewhere along the way... but yeah. It doesn't resemble any of the other local trails that have been destroyed by the weather recently.

Also, this event and the festival is a fundraiser for the local CFA.
