bearing seal lose on front hub?

the bearing seal on my front hup keeps coming out and i dont want dust and dirt geting in there. so is there a way to stick it in again or do i have to go buy a hole new front hub? plus will the lbs install it for me? how much does it normaly cost for this kind of work?

What hub is this on? You should be able to just push it back over the cone if its just a rubber one. If you can't pack it (around the cone) with grease so no dust gets in there. If it's a QR axle, make sure the axle isnt snapped as you dont always realize and sometimes the ends just hang a bit loose.
