No idea, just came across it last night and it intrigued me that they specialise in selling bike specific tools. They don't have an address listed, so @Flow-Rider is probably right that it's a backyard business.

Ah yeah, I've seen a few of his listings on FB. Seems legit, he appears to be a passionate rider and tinkerer.
I might grab a couple of things and report back.

They have that ABN listed on their site, it would be unlawful to trade under a different ABN than what's been advertised. If they're not registered for GST it's just a business that makes under 75k a year in total. It looks like a side hustle to me.

I've ordered a couple of small things. Regular shipping is $8, express is $12 and free shipping over $100. It is probably variable depending on weight or bulk of items. Card or bank deposit, no paypal.

I'll update again once the goods have arrived.

Whoops, forgot to update. It's a legit business, and as @Moh said, they are a little slow to ship but everything arrived.
I bought the Wolftooth tyre lever/rim dent remover tool as they had the best price (and only stock in Aus at the time).
