so my questioun is do you no how much it would cost get get a downhill bike posted from brisbane to sydney

You can try Greyhound Bus freight. Melbourne to Sydney was $97 when I sent a DH bike earlier this year. They told me they have a flat rate, regardless of weight etc. My mate had a DH bike sent from Sydney to Brisbane last year, via Greyhound, and it was also $97.

yes for a DH it would be around $90. For a hard tail it costs around $50. Are you splitting it in two parts as this works out cheaper, or as a whole ? Some couriers (aus registered post) don't accept a whole bike so you might have to split in two. (wheels in one) ...other stuff in other.
