When was it last seen: When the owners packed up for teh nite

Extra Details: Will be missing a bolt that goes through the forks at the bottom to hold the forks to teh wheel, near the quike release thingy. If the people that stole it are dumb, they wouldnt't have taken off the plastic cover sticker that goes over teh drop off stickers on the forks.
