Profile make a outboard bb to suit standard 68mm bb shells and 19mm spindles.
I've used this with profil crankarms and the longer of two spindle lengths on my on-one inbred and it's been awesome. The bb is smooth and hasn't developed any creaks in the year I've been running it.
