Brown Snake on Stromlo Trunk trail

Just a reminder to all with the warmer weather around Canberra the Jakes are out. Riding up the main trail trunk between Bobby Pin climbs and Thorny trails looked up to see medium sized brown snake across trail. Thought sh!t snake, then sh!t brown snake, then sh!t aggressive brown snake. Somehow bunnyhopped/swerved over/around as it took off.

Sure I heard someone scream like a schoolgirl at the same time but when I looked around no-one was there...

Its only a snake if you stop and take a photo of it. Otherwise it is just a stick pretending to be a snake
