Buying used advice

Hey im looking at a used 2015 giant reign, the frame is damaged,
Take a look do you think its repairable or should i steer clear of this one?

Ask your self would you be happy with it? Your the one buying it.

It'd want to be a good deal, as you'll need to repair the frame. How much that will cost depends on the damage.
If yiu can't afford to throw the frame away and bolt the parts onto a new frame, then it isn't going to be worth it.

As FGT says, is the price a good deal for all the components, assuming the worst-case that the frame is a write-off?

Picture's aside, I'd also be wondering that if the bike took so great a hit to damage the frame, what less obvious component damage might there also be, like bent derailleur, wheel damage, fork damage like bent uppers, etc.

If you're still keen on it, see if you can take it to your LBS for a good check over before committing any cash.
