Carbon scratches, to ride or not?

Has nothing whatsoever to do with the issue facing @Hellyeah though. I’d like to see the results on carbon an alloy bars with deep gouging.

Yeah true but I wouldn't be using carbon bars if I was riding boomerang park, it's a private park with predominately huge gap jumps. I would have personally thrown those bars after a good stack for peace of mind.
