centrelock vs 6bolt

hey guys.

ive been looking around at new brake set ups and am currently running 6 bolt hubs, like most, and am wondering if its possible to run a centrelock rotor with 6 bolt hubs?

i know you can do it visa versa, as shimano make an adaptor for this, but can it be done the other way?

struggling to find anything on the net....

do you mean you want to go prob centrelock hubs to 6 bolt rotors? this is what jetblack make to do this, i have 2 dh bikes, one with centrelock, other with 6 bolt, i prefer the centrelock as ive yet to have them come loose unlike 6 bolt

nothing at all, just been looking at saint though, and the centre lock rotors seem to be the better option

Just add purple loktite and spring washers to your m5 bolt up rotors, they will never loosen

Nothing wrong with 6-bolt. I use 6-bolt rotors with my slx, so there shouldnt be any difference.

yeah i have seen the 6bolt saint rotors. i dont think they are doing the new ice tech rotors in a 6 bolt though... :/
