fsa grav lights bought off farkin were cut at a short 760 so made some extensions to make them 820s

please explain this method

cut the extensions out of old bars

clamp the extensions with one side of the lock on and clam the other side to the proper bar

and there you go extended bars

i put some more of the ironhorse spacers into it

slight amount of movement but will be fixed

when i get some slimmer spacers

Be very, VERY careful with that chain, it looks a little tooo tight.

Take the shock out, and more the rear wheel up and down in all the gears, mainly the lowest gear(biggest cog), and if it's tight towards or anywhere near the travel, get a longer chain...

It is probably alright though, if you have done what I just said as you were making the chain shorter, then good on ya!

That bike is so hot mate, I wanted to buy it, Loving the 820's, I cut my 800's to 780 because every track i would either have to manual and turn my bars to the side to fit through, or find a line through the trees...haha.
