Smokin' Hot.

First bike I have ever felt a bit of movement for on first glance.

Hope it rides awesome.

I have had a few stunners that ride like dogs....

Thanks guys.
Yeah, she's a beauty.

I've only ridden it 40ks but so far all is very positive.

My other bike is a Ibis Mojo HD3 so bought this to compliment it.

I'm so over 29ers and trying to smash out KOM's and having a high average speed. So I decided to buy a bike designed strictly for having fun on.

The Chromag fits the bill perfectly and is a pure joy to ride, makes me chuckle every time I get on it.

Sure, its slow on climbs and feels abit heavy, but it can handle anything downhill that the Mojo can and corners like its on rails.

Makes me miss my Rootdown. Luckily I've still got my Cotic Soul to give me my steel fix, but I can feel another steel 29er coming on the horizon.

That green on the Wideangle looks great!

Lots more changes there too, care to elaborate? Looks amazing now!
Oh yeah, true. I did make a few more changes, lol

New wheels of course. Ibis 741 Carbon on the front and Stans MK3 rear with Hope pro4 hubs.
Tyres are Maxxis Highroller 2, 2.8 front and Maxxis Rekon 2.8 rear

I now have a Crank Brothers Highline internal dropper instead of the external Fox DOSS.

Sram XX1 cranks with absolute black 32 oval chain ring instead of the Shimano XT.

Chramag moon saddle replaces the blue race face one

Raceface Next carbon handlebars instead of the Alloy Raceface Atlas and Odi grips

I think that's it :)

Lovely bike. How did you find the iodines while you had them? Any issues? I'm looking at some cobalts

Hey there. To be honest I had zero issues with the CB wheels. I rode them for about 500kms and in a fair bit of rain. I smacked them a few times because of running to low pressure in the rear and they held up great. One thing I did notice is that the rear hub has alot more lag compared to hope hubs. They crank bothers wheel's just dont have that instant engagement which I need for the slow techy climbs
