Clipless or flats?

Hi, i was just wanting to get some advice and feedback on whether its better to have clipless pedals for dh? and how many of you fellow dhers use cleats or flats?

There are many threads on this - A quick search will reveal all

But to sum them up, It's a personal preference, I prefer Clips.

I've just swapped over to Clips .... about 100km on them now....
I'm a convert although I'm hurting in bits of my legs I didn't know I had

I use both clipless and flats for DH. It depends where I am riding. There are benefits to both. For XC or AM then clipless always.
