Converting Novatech hub to 10mm Bolt up

Hey guys i have a set of wheels with novatech hubs (http://www.torpedo7.com.au/products/AXWHWW724/title/ALEX-DM24-Wheelset). It can be run as either qr or 12mm bolt up and includes all adapters and such to do this. However my Norco Sasquatch frame can only take 10mm bolt up not 12mm. What would be my easiest, cheapest and most reliable way to convert this to 10mm bolt up. Can i just get a replacement axle that replaces the qr axle and changes it to 10mm bolt up like i've seen done with shimano hubs. Or would i be better off getting a step down axle that runs a 12mm axle through the middle but at the ends steps down to a 10mm bolt up on the ends like this one http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=20271 ?

These hubs actually often come with the bits needed to convert to a 10mm thrubolt as well [ an internal hub axle & a 10mm bolt/skewer] . I don't mean an XC skinny skewer QR setup, but a true 10mm thrubolt. Sounds like these bits weren't passed onto you. You may find someone with these OE bits to spare. The best bit is the actual "thru bolt-skewer thingy" ; it is a true QR 10mm axle , not a skinny XC type skewer. Even if you can only find a 10mm hub axle, there are a few options for the actual thrubolt, including the DT Swiss RWS bolt. I'll rumage in my parts bin...
