Registration opens on 1 August at 9:00am for the CORC Women's Skills Camp, held from 4pm Friday 9 September through around 3pm Sunday 11 September.
The camp is held out at Birrigai, outside of Canberra with plenty of coaches to handle small groups, bunk style accommodation, heaps of food, talks on nutrition, stretching and massages.
Cost is less for CORC Members at $300 and for non-members its $330.
