(oh and if your like me a couple of sneakey dabs on the rear brake)
Oh and tips, a good rear brake will stop alot of pain. There is also a sticky around (*I see you found it lol*) full of cool tips for manualling/monoing/endoing, but in the end nothing beats getting out and practice, practice, practice.
